A whole lifetime to a new me...

This page will be a running record of my progress towards a healthier mamascholar.  Each month I will record some basic stats like, how often I worked out, what my overall diet was like and what progress I have made in terms of inches lost, clothing sizes decreased etc.  I will also be adding pictures so I can provide some visual evidence.

Me at the beginning...

I have been working out for a few months, but this is the closest I will have to a starting point since I did not check my stats before I started.

Feeling: pre-juice fast, icky.  I generally am exhausted all the time and feel sort of bloated and sore most of the time too.  Working out helps, but only for a couple of days or so.

Weight: Yeah, my husband does not even know that, so let just say it has 3 big numbers in it.  Post juice-fast, it is down by 5 let's see where I am at the beginning of April.

Inches: Arm: 14.5; Waist: 45; Hip: 60; Thigh: 28

Goals for March: complete juice fast and continue with grain-free and sugar free plan.  Make time for meal planning on Sundays.

Just a quick note to say that despite the 3rd week of March being a bit of an icky week, both in terms of food and exercise... I am down several pounds. How many, wait another week until the weigh-in at the beginning of April.

April weigh-in:  By mid-April I have lost 11 lbs!

May weigh-in: Maintaining

June weigh-in:  I have gained about 3 lbs since April.  Inches: 14.5; Waist:  45;  Hip: 59;  Thigh: 27;
